Shaun FinTech / Shaun Technologies Pvt Ltd is an off-shoot of a conglomerate known as Shaun Enterprises (India) pvt Ltd. Shaun Enterprises was incorporated in 2021, to provide consulting services majorly to offshore companies, that were exploring opportunities to enter into Indian Markets through various channels, particularly into Services industries like Logistics- Air-freight & Land transportation, specialized Financial Services, etc
The promoter of Shaun Enterprises – Neeraj Bhatia is a Post-Graduate from IIM-Calcutta in finance, and an Ex-Citi banker
with varied experience in SME banking as well as Private Banking roles in different positions across 15-plus years of Banking Experience. Since 2018, Neeraj has also been instrumental in setting up and successfully managing the business of Oakwiz Capital LLP, which has been in the Private Banking & Wealth Management Business since January 2018. The Private banking outfit now manages over INR 700 Crores (Eqv $85 Million) of Assets for HNI clients
The conglomerate – Shaun Enterprises, with a foresight on the Indian securities markets, has envisaged an idea to come up with class-leading technology solutions to be implemented, which can bind together the needs of investors (both retail & HNI), advisors, private banking outfits, distributors as well as product manufacturers alike. Considering that, the subsidiary Shaun FinTech/ Shaun Technologies has been formed as a start-up entity, majorly funded by Shaun Enterprises & their promoter family.
The vision for the entity is to create a cloud-based technology solution, which makes investing into Indian securities markets, across all verticals, asset classes, instruments, categories etc an easy as cakewalk for any investor (resident/NRIs alike). Moreover, the solution should be able to achieve a consolidated- net worth aggregation across all assets held by the investor. Even, capturing liabilities like loans, overdrafts etc should be supportive, hence providing the NET-WORTH of each individual on a real-date basis. Not only that, the Solution should also be able to provide the NEXT-LEVEL ANALYTICS, using data interpretation, AI & ML, and generating curated ideas, basis existing portfolio and complimentary instruments. This tool will also be developed in a way to assist advisors/distributors to capture data for their investors, so as create another vertical of B2B sales for niche private banking outfits.
